About Sloane Perras

As the Chief Legal Officer of Clean Energy Terminals, I fully support the critical financing and development of port infrastructure needed to accelerate the deployment of offshore wind. This builds on my strategic experience at Foss Offshore Wind, where I spearheaded its port growth strategy, including the acquisition and development of its multi-tenant offshore wind terminal in New Bedford, MA.. With over 20 years of legal experience in the international transportation, logistics, and offshore wind industries, I have a proven track record of delivering profitable business expansion opportunities, ensuring compliance and safety standards, and promoting corporate social responsibility.I leverage my legal and financial education, as well as 10 years of executive experience, such as the Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer at Saltchuk Marine Shared Services and Foss Maritime Company, to provide strategic leadership and guidance to my teammates. I also engage in public policy issues that are critical to the wellbeing of the offshore wind industry, its surrounding communities and our workforce for now and tomorrow. My mission is to advance the offshore wind sector as a sustainable and innovative solution for the global energy needs.
