About Simon Lock

Digital Leader with a passion for transforming and improving customer experiences (CX/UX) using human-centred design and design-thinking principles. Having worked across government and NFP industries, in both Australia and the UK, I have a proven track record of success in developing digital products to enhance customer experience outcomes, brand visibility and market reach.As a child I began playing around with web design. I made small sites for fictional businesses and eventually designed and built my primary school’s first website. Professionally, I have further developed my skills and expertise in complex problem solving and strategic thinking to ensure project deadlines and business objectives are met.
