With over 29 years of experience in organizational, ethical, and strategic leadership, I am passionate about developing agile, innovative, and adaptive learners and leaders in complex environments. As the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at University of Saint Mary, I apply outcome-based pragmatic design methodologies to enhance revenue and learner potential, collaborating with academic and administrative teams to identify, explore, coordinate, and set benchmarks and goals for strategic initiatives.I also oversee the Student Success program, formulating objectives and actions for a diverse planning team to improve USM advising and retention practices.
