I am a strategic advisor and executive coach with over 20 years of experience as a trusted partner to leaders on strategic and organizational challenges. I have broad cross-sector experience serving both for-profit and nonprofit organizations as a strategy consultant, as well as coaching leaders to bring out the best in themselves and their team members. I also bring deep expertise in talent issues developed as an HR business partner to c-suite leaders and their teams. I am passionate about working with mission-driven organizations and individuals who want to make a positive difference in the world. In addition to my coaching practice, I serve as advisor and parent instructor for Operation House Call (a health equity program of the Arc of Massachusetts) and teach a “Youth in Philanthropy” class offered by the Community Foundation for Metrowest, empowering the next generation of social changemakers.
