As China Co-ordinator in the Invest team, I am involved in all China related matters with the aim to encourage Chinese investment into Liverpool and improve business and trade links. I am part of a team that will be making arrangements for the many Chinese delegations visiting Liverpool in June 2016 for the International Festival of Business.I help organise business trips to China to promote Liverpool and build relations with Chinese cities and businesses.I am also part of the Liverpool China Partnership which aims to expand, strengthen and deliver greater benefit from the Liverpool City Region and Isle of Man's trade, investment, tourism, educational, cultural, civic and other links with China. In March I organised a networking event for the Partnership which was held in Liverpool.
