Maintain desktop applications local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.Duties:• Managing a team of ERP administrator, Technical support staff and Network and security.• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through implementing new technologies• Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair• Performing routine audits of systems and software.• Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software• Developing and maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases• Reporting to the IT Director and Chief of Finance• Having excellent time management, confidentiality and communication skills• Management of server software and associated backup routines• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products and services• Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff• Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security and disaster recovery• Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users functions and systems• Managing the internal and hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and telephony

Responsibilities:•Autoline ERP (Kerridge)- Administration and Maintenance of the ERP- User setup and security definition on Unix and Autoline ERP- Daily Operations and Backup maintenance.- Point of Sale Terminal and Operator security maintenance- Point of Sale demon control and monitoring.- Implementation of Demo and Courtesy car module for Sales and Service- Implementation of advance appointment booking for vehicle service (Meet and Greet)- Workshop control and setup for technicians clocking- Touch screen setup for Service Technicians clocking- Troubleshooting Autoline issues- Creation of SL, PL accounts- Month end Period roll over process for NL, SL, PL, Vehicle StockBook• SAB BI4- Universe Design- Wibi Reports Design and Dashbords
