Supported 2X ARR in 4 months to enable a company pivot with new business lines in Personalized Connections, Automated Meetups, Engagement Surveys, and AI-assisted Offsites. ￭ Led Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering for rapid prototype to launch with capabilities in personalization, automation, optimization, matching, causal inference, and business and customer insights. ￭ Spearheaded LLM education and development of a customer-facing chatbot, internal AI assistants, and LLM-enhanced pipelines, generating novel open-source tech on Github.￭ Partnered with Product, Engineering, and Go to Market (GTM) to improve R&D, quality testing, infrastructure, and sales. ￭ Initiated and oversaw Responsible AI and Data Privacy efforts in compliance with Federal and global laws.

Led the data science/AI strategy and roadmap, empowering a lean team to develop and improve state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP and informational retrieval, while bringing a strong focus on customer and user empathy. Recruited and mentored 25+ data scientists at a time, coaching through planning, execution, and presentation of stats and ML-based data products. Expanded training to deep learning, big data, and advanced statistics.

Built and launched a web app, Better Screen Time, to identify and filter safe content on YouTube using SQL, NLP, regression, and random forest, gradient boosting. Deployed using AWS, HTML. Predicted safe content with 99% recall.

Designed, benchmarked, and scoped ML and stats data projects to help Odettans (100% foreign female workforce) build products for B2C clients.

Drove end-to-end research and published 4 peer-reviewed papers studying accountability, terrorism, and strategic bargaining using advanced statistical models, causal inference, NLP, field/survey/lab experiments, and economic modeling (game theory). Earned 8 research awards, and gave 40+ conference and 3 news/radio talks.
