As PM, I managed communication, created a staggered change management timeline, and handled escalations across all projectsCribl Logging Project - As part of StoneX's Security Maturity initiative, we integrated a logging data lake into the new SIEM solution. Cribl was chosen to aggregate logs and transfer trimmed data to Qroc/QRadar. Deploying Cribl was a complex, interdisciplinary effort that revealed issues with firewalls, servers, and certificates, requiring innovative solutions. Despite these challenges, we escalated and communicated issues to senior levels while keeping deliverable dates in focusVenn agent deployment to secure remote work on BYOD devices. - Deployment of agent to 600 devices was complex due to the wide range of technical ability of the users. I provided the deployment design and tactical execution plan.DLP Enterprise Program Definition Project - A collaboration between the Office of Data Privacy, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Security Engineering. I synthesized team input into written content and timelines.

Using a blend of Waterfall and Agile I collaborated and led the project teams as well as produced project artifacts such as charter, milestone reporting, senior management report updates, maintained program tracking software, and regular sponsor and team reporting. Manufacturing Cybersecurity Armis Deployment. Deployed manufacturing site network monitoring device (Armis) to increase security and attack detection. Assumed project management role in the middle of the project. Resulting in project/charter level set, reporting and monitoring, and transition to support operations. Enterprise Vulnerability Risk Management. Project includes three project streams: asset owner vulnerability review process adoption, 2) implementation of Nucleus application to provide aggregated vulnerability risk ranking information to support targeted remediation, and 3) the emergency vulnerability threat response process definition, tabletop exercises, and a final Standard Operating Procedure involving Infrastructure and cybersecurity.

FUSION RISK MANAGEMENT FusionRM provides SAAS Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery Plan tracking software and is built on the SalesForce Lightning Platform. Clients include Fortune 100 companies, both domestic and international.Fusion Project Methodology Fusion PMO used a hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology where the contract/SOW served as the project scope. Frequent deliverables included operational Fusion Software and integrations (ServiceNow, Everbridge, SendWordNow, SalesForce Maps).
