My role as a Project Manager/Estimator, is a vital role within the specialty project team. I am responsible for the day to day operations of projects which include; project supervision, coordination, change order estimating, processing, execution, and project collaboration. I handle requests for information, troubleshooting, schedule, and technical issues as well. I assist the project team with job site procurement, material and tool management, as well as billing setup of vendors and subcontractors. I am also responsible for accurate and competitive project estimations to ensure growth and profitability. I proactively prepare and negotiate labor and material - electrical estimates and quantify bills of materials for quotation. I have a proven track record in developing great client relationships and bearing a team attitude.
