About Steven Sullivan

I have nearly 15 years of experience working with over 50 higher education institutions to implement new HCM, payroll, and financial management systems, and to revitalize existing systems with upgraded functionality. My experience includes more than five years of Workday Payroll implementation experience, as well as ten years of successful implementations of Banner HR. I am certified in multiple Workday HCM tools, including Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, as well as Workday's Medium Enterprise and Launch implementation methodologies. My clients have ranged in size from fewer than 1,000 employees to more than 30,000, both public and private, in 18 US states. In addition to new implementations, I have been imbedded full-time at a large Workday higher education customer for a year of post-production payroll support. I also have extensive experience working with public employee retirement and benefit programs in Texas, Nevada, Virginia, and Louisiana.
