I received an athletic scholarship to play Rugby at St. Bonaventure University while double majoring in Sociology and Criminology with a Minor in Psychology. Shortly after graduating in May 2019, I made the decision to join the Army, where I served as a 35F Military Intelligence Analyst with a Active Department of Defense Clearance until 2024. My First Duty Station was 205th Military Intelligence Battalion on Oahu where I served as a Cyber Intelligence Security Element Analyst, Open-Source Intelligence Analyst, Company Armorer, and lastly Special Security Representative filling the responsibilities of a Special Security Officer. As an SSR I was designated as representative of the SSO for responsibility of the day-to-day management of a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information facility. The SSR primarily functions as the SSO within a SCI environment. The SSR position is responsible for managing the SCIF visits and certifications including TEMPEST Review, NSA, and SCI accreditations. Maintained the supervision of access control of over 300+ soldiers, civilians, and contractors. Conducted SCI indoctrinations and debriefings. Manage, operate, and maintain the Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). Manage, operate, and maintain security containers (GSA approved safes) in a compartmented/restricted area and equipment valued over $13 million dollars. Managed reproduction and destruction of classified material/equipment. Schedule use of SCIF common areas and VTCs for Commanding General and Officer meetings. Receive, submit, and schedule work order requests and coordinate with others on facility and administration issues. During my time in the service, I have assisted operations for multiple three letter agencies, lead trainings for soldier’s development, presented Open-Source Intelligence Subject Matter Expert brief to our foreign allies, and lead major operation of a TS/SCI facility like switching over to a new badging system within a moments notice. I finished my Active-Duty Service serving three Years seven months with one Army Commendation Medal, two Army Achievement Medals, and One Army Good Conduct Medal. I am currently in the Reserves and Employed at MTSI as a Industrial Security Administrator.
