Hello everyone! I'm Sultan Agung Ferdiansyah. I work as a Technical Support at PT. DES Teknologi Informasi, specializing in computer networking, particularly using MikroTik & Ruijie devices.I am also the founder and a trainer at LNXG Network, an IT Networking community in Probolinggo City. As a Network Administration & System Administration Trainer, I teach networking theory and configuration using MikroTik and Cisco devices. Additionally, I instruct on managing services with Debian & Ubuntu servers.Previously, I gained work experience at PT. Telkom Witel Pasuruan. I served as a security staff (asgar), responsible for safeguarding customer insurance guarantees in using internet services. During my time there, I developed effective communication skills and proficiency in using Excel. Later, I became a Maintenance Technician and IOAN Technician simultaneously, managing fiber optic cable networks and handling troubleshooting and repairs. As a technician, I demonstrated skills in operating devices such as OTDR, OPM, FO Splicing, and performing troubleshooting tasks.My latest education is from SMK Negeri 2 Kota Probolinggo, majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ). I graduated in May 2023 with a GPA of 87.86.I also achieved a proud accomplishment, securing 3rd place in the 31st East Java Vocational School Student Competency Competition (LKS) in the IT Network System Administration category. My expertise as a system administrator allows me to manage services on Linux and Windows servers. Additionally, I am proficient in managing Cisco networking devices and troubleshooting network issues.
