-Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies aimed at enhancing organizational culture, team performance, profit margins, and sustainable growth.-Orchestrate the recruitment and seamless onboarding of more than 400 diverse team members, encompassing in-person, remote, and hybrid employees across various functional domains.-Provide coaching and training to supervisors on crucial aspects of employee management, including mentoring, feedback delivery, performance evaluation, growth planning, goal setting, compensation, termination procedures, and employee offboarding.-Formulate and execute holistic Human Resources strategies covering talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits administration, leadership development, training establishment of internship programs, and DEI committee. -Guide the team through complex organizational transitions, including leadership changes, restructuring initiatives, market expansions, company spin-offs, and periods of rapid organizational growth.-Implement a balanced approach to talent management, optimizing the blend of internal expertise and external hires. -Establish, analyze, and monitor key financial and organizational performance indicators, such as revenue growth, profit margins, utilization rates, overservicing mitigation, and labor efficiency ratios. -Direct the development and oversight of annual budgets, collaborating closely with financial and accounting teams. -Engineer and communicate efficient processes and procedures, driving significant increases in operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness. -Strategically leverage operational resources to enhance value, overseeing the successful implementation of project management, time tracking, financial, communication, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems. -Serve as a trusted internal communications and organizational structure expert, providing invaluable support to multiple clients undergoing significant transformations.
