• Reconciled the multi-million dollar general operating, payroll, and pension checking accounts.
• Analyzed various general ledger accounts, such as miscellaneous receivables, miscellaneous exchange, prepaidexpenses, and miscellaneous income, in order to summarize and determine any discrepant entries.
• Calculated depreciation expense, elimination entries, interest income, bad debt expense, and created expenseand revenue summaries using posted general ledger transaction reports from Sage Accounting Software.
• Entered cash receipts into journal vouchers for posting to the general ledger.
