Hi, I’m Sarah, a former architect who decided to build teams, products, and companies instead of houses.My passion has always been about solving problems and creating real value—whether it’s for clients and partners, my team, or the company I work for. While design and architecture will always hold a special place in my life, I believe there are many other challenges that require even more creative solutions than just designing spaces.As an architect, I solved complex design challenges and learned how to visually present solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and user needs. As a Claims and Support Specialist, I solved my customers’ problems by learning how to listen and offer the right support. As a Team Lead, I focused on solving my team’s challenges and discovered how to bring different people together to achieve something bigger. Now, as the Head of Customer Operations, I aim to contribute to our company’s success, which is why I’m pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership—gaining insights into what it takes to lead a company successfully. In the future, I look forward to taking on new challenges, and I can easily see myself in the management team of a company or starting one of my own (so anyone with an exciting idea needing help solving a problem—contact me! 😄).I’m as easy-going and positive as my name suggests (Fröhlich means “happy” in German), and I’m endlessly curious. When a topic grabs my interest, I often dive into it for months. This curiosity has led me to learn multiple languages, master salsa dancing, and dive deep into psychology. And of course, architecture: those who know me know I’m still taking interior design courses and working on renovating my own apartment—but that’s just a personal passion project for now.
