I advised clients on a range of competition issues, including merger clearances, often involving multiple competition agencies across the globe. I assisted companies involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions requiring U.S. and foreign antitrust clearances. I represented companies before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission to obtain antitrust regulatory clearance for mergers and acquisitions and advise companies to ensure that business practices comply with U.S. antitrust laws.

I advised clients on competition issues, including merger clearances under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, joint ventures, and antitrust compliance in variety of industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, industrial equipment, food products, and auto parts.

I led jewelry industry marketing and communication efforts for De Beers' “A Diamond Is Forever” campaign to promote the growth of diamond sales in the United States.

I managed the editorial direction and content of National Jeweler, a twice-monthly news magazine covering the diamond, jewelry and watch industries.
