I am a Training/OD professional that has experience managing LMS systems, developing training material, leading teams of consultants to improve performances of employees in multiple settings. I also have experience in HR roles such as: recruiting, HRMS, and employee relations.In these settings I have increased communication, improved performance, developed staff training and orientation materials, and developed performance appraisals.Currently I am the Training Coordinator at Orbital Sciences. As Training Coordinator, I am in charge of managing our online learning system, helping SMEs develop learning material, and making sure employees are assigned the training they need to fulfill their duties.Previously I was the Training Coordinator at Kerr Drug Inc, a retail pharmacy drug store chain located in North Carolina. At Kerr, I was in charge of developing and delivering training, both in classroom and on the job settings. I also over saw store compliance of training initiatives that we roll out.
