It is specialized in frameless constructions of glass and metal such as glass balustrades, canopies, partitions, doors, floors and automatic doors.As an owner and a head of small company I was doing all the things necessary to make the wheels of business spinning.- Digital marketingThat included creating and maintaining a website, working with online ads and search engines by myself and with the help of subcontractors.- Communicating with customers.From the very first talk to signing of the contract, and further communication until the end of contracted work, if the project was not delegated to another PM.- Cost estimatingThat included initial offer preparation after receiving a query or on-site examination, and the process of its discussion and adjustment.- Management of key projectsAll the necessary work including making all the orders of glass, fittings, parts etc, managing logistics and scheduling installation process.- Working with subcontractors (suppliers, manufacturers, logistics companies etc).This included looking for potential partner, negotiating, task setting and all the other things to have the necessary work done in time and for optimal price.- Measurements, engineering and drawings preparationI can perform high precision measurements required to make a glass door, partition, canopy, railing etc. Based on measurements results I can make drawings in CAD software like AutoCAD.I also have an experience of preparing drawings based on results of 3D scans performed by our contractor.Also I can choose the type and thickness of glass, make a list to order or produce all necessary hardware needed for the project.- Installation processI can perform or supervise all the stages of installation process: carrying glass, jobsite preparation, precise marking, drilling, cutting, grinding, fixing and putting glass into place.
