*RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES*a)Checking that all activities are carried out as per design and in compliance with project specifications.b) Assisting construction supervision in planning construction methods and procedures.c) Monitoring the contractor’s construction activities to ensure work is performed as per the IFC drawings.d) Review estimating quantities and material takeoffs of the field purchases of materials submitted by the contractore) Studying all the drawings and ensure its precise implementation.f) Checking shuttering levels and measurements as per drawing. g) Checking reinforcement of columns, beams and slabs before concreting.h) Taking appointment for consultant inspection and approval before concreting.i) Estimating the concrete quantity for ordering RMC. j) Allotting the works to sub-contractors and create front for further activities.k) Coordinate with architectural team for shop drawings and GFC/IFC drawings.l) Allot works to supervisor, foreman and follow up on daily basism) Conducting quality TBTs for supervisors, foremen and sub-contractors.n) Meeting with CM and planning the daily activities and hence achieving weekly,monthly tasks.o) Ensure the practice of standard HSE rules.p) Ensure the QC standards in each activity performed.q) Raising the RFI/WIR for internal QC inspection.r) Ensure the minimization of wastage to the fullest.s) Coordinate and follow-up with the procurement team for the materials ordered.t) Follow up with QS team for sub-contractor billing.u) Reporting to CM & PMv) Carryout final finishing works like, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing along with final fittings. w) Finishing work of complete building until final handover

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIESa)Checking work order before starting the work.b) Checking required permits and licenses are prior to the start of works at site.c)Checking existing underground drainage, water supply and power lines before excavation. d) Transferring and marking of levels.e) Reviewing all material testing results and ensures compliance to Design specifications and standards.f) Checking the shuttering and reinforcement works as per drawing before concreting.g)Taking approvals from concern department before concreting. h) Attending daily/ weekly progress and review meetings with the contractor.i) Estimating the quantity of concrete for ordering RMC. j)Taking measurements as per work done for making bills.k)Making contractors bills
