I have honed and sharpened my skills in such areas as Windows OS, troubleshooting and repairing desktop/laptop clients, database management, and client account maintenance. I am driven, reliable, resourceful and hard-working with an innate ability to multitask. I have spent over 15 years leading teams and managing projects with strict adherence to deadlines, schedules and policies. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Mgmt and an Associate's Degree in Electronics Systems Technology (CCAF). I currently possess CompTIA Security+, A+, MCSA & ITIL certifications. I am currently pursuing the Linux LPI certification.Some of my specialties include a strong background in Quality Assurance Compliance, PC repair, laptop configuring, client hardware/software installation, troubleshooting and repairing, network and system administration assistance, database management, help desk support, NIC/Power Supply/Software repair, LAN upgrades, remote desktop protocols, backup storage/cloud support and PKI security methods. I have built 3 of my very own desktops from scratch and currently familiarizing myself in LINUX for skills proficiency and to build my knowledge base. Test equipment consisting of Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, Communication System Analyzers (CSA), Signal generators, signal- noise-to-noise measurement instruments, megohmmeters, multimeters, soldering fundamentals, Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) scheduling and ITAMS management.
