• Perform Testing as needed for Business Applications. Provided 1st and 2nd tier IT support for testing the Oracle 12/EBS PNR business process system migration.• Demonstrate testing experience for features testing, Bugs testing, Regression testing, System Testing, Performance Testing. • Operate as a Test Analyst for Oracle and HP ALM (aka HP Quality Center) Single Sign on Support.• Experience in managing change management meetings and ensuring that the software releases are identified, clarified and signed off by the business stake holders.• Provide weekly reports indicating the progress of software planned release activity and the impact on the business policies and procedures.• Participate in Functional requirement reviews, clarifying requirements, understanding design decisions.• Responsible for testing and maintaining the hardware and application installation and validation for delivery of replacement laptops, tablets, desktops and workstations to PNR employees and contractors.• Involved in Refresh Checklist for Laptop refresh AppV installation and validation for Refresh computers
