With the Administrative Office of the Courts, State of California, advised and provided leadership for data sharing initiatives for the trial/appellate courts and their data sharing/integration partners. In addition, worked closely with Elected Officials at all levels of government (Municipal, County, State and Federal) Agency Executives and Senior Business Managers, to drive cross-functional initiatives that culminated in the development of e-Business solutions that produced efficiencies for the courts and their partners. Finally, built and maintained strong relationships with key business partners resulting engagement effectiveness in the development and deployment of e-business solutions resulting from the movement of data electronically within the public and private sector justice domain.

Managed Development/Deployment Teams, implementing enterprise class, and core business applications. Saved the Court $450,000 a month, thus eliminating the need for layoffs for the two budget years that followed deployment.Staff Management duties included, but were not limited to; work direction, shift scheduling, employee development, attending to HR issues and performance evaluations. Mentored staff from both IT and Operations assisting staff in finding ways to make work more efficient and for preparation of next-level opportunities.Managing Strategic Partner and Vendor/Client relationships.Oversaw organization's hardware/software needs, making key decisions and/or budget related recommendations for each project.Established the Court’s first Project Management Office.Designed and campaigned the California Courts Protective Order Registry initiative, where I presented the initiative the Attorney General where I received his support inclusive of his commitment of staff and funding assistance.Staffed to several Judicial Officer Committees where I was the liaison bridging the Judicial Officers with Court Operations/Technology.
