I led and developed Mehiläinen’s social media with a strong focus on strategy development, insight creation and brand activation. A strong focus was placed on showcasing the company's outstanding employer brand. I'm proud to say that our efforts paid off and Mehiläinen was honored with Duunitori’s Employer Brand of the Year award. It was a joy to be a part of a team that consistently prioritizes creating engaging workplace culture, and I'm thrilled to have contributed to Mehiläinen's success.A key part of my work is to activate Mehiläinen’s employer brand and corporate responsibility and communicate them with creative content concepts. I take pride in creating brand advocacy among Mehiläinen’s over 30 000 internal stakeholders through training, inspiration and creating content opportunities.

At the beginning of 2019 I was given an opportunity to lead MC Engage’s team. It was important not only to reinforce our operations but above all guide us towards a new phase in our journey in which we could create real impact. We decided to advance our internal integration and form a completely new team. We built and launched a new business unit, MC Impact in March 2019. Our diverse team consisted of digital marketing, communications and technology experts and video and visual designers focusing on combining data-driven marketing and strategic understanding of digital channels with creative concepting and content production. It was really great to see in practice how dismantling and changing internal structures enables true collaboration.I was responsible for one of our three business teams as a Team Lead with P&L responsibility, and I worked as a Supervisor for the named team members, Account Manager for my clients and Senior Advisor regarding content and social media consultation.

In 2018, Okimo Clinic started to operate under Marketing Clinic’s brand as MC Engage. My own role and responsibilities in this new business unit stayed the same as under Okimo Clinic.

I came to Okimo Clinic to build social media analysis services in order to ensure that Okimo Clinic’s consultation was based on customer insight and understanding. From 2013 to 2018, I was responsible for Okimo Clinic's analysis services, which covered e.g. industry analyses, competitor analyses and social media performance measurement.It was an exciting experience to be at the forefront of developing social media analysis methodologies that combined qualitative analysis and quantitative data to help our clients to create engaging plans and high-quality content.At the same time I led account planning and delivery in chosen accounts as an Account Manager and was responsible for e.g. sales, resourcing and project management and delivery. But Okimo Clinic was so much more than just working with service development and guiding our customers in social media and content landscape: I worked in a close cooperation with our CEO and actively participated in company strategy and business development as a partner. I was responsible for several operational functions, including company administration and project management development.I stay proud of our Okimo team, customers and our journey together! Okimo Clinic focused on building digital communications and content services integrated into corporate strategic and business goals. We offered e.g. comms strategy, training, planning, execution, analysis services, and measurement with experience and instinctive understanding of social media.Okimo Clinic was merged into Marketing Clinic in April 2018.
