Led two major programs- Drive Magic Moments which was a transformational program launched with Gallup to improve Employee and Customer Engagement and Ariba- Spend Management Program launched to streamline procurement function and introduce e-sourcing and online auctions across the group which resulted in multi million dollar savings.
