Paul has more than 10 years of front line leadership experience in venture backed startups and basic industry turnarounds. As Director of Professional Services at Bluedot Software, Paul was responsible for the deployment of marketing enterprise software solutions and managing client relationships with Fortune 100 clients. In Product Marketing and Operations Management roles at Cardiac Pathways Corporation, Paul helped deliver five disposable product lines and two lines of capital equipment to market; supporting Cardiac’s $54 million June 1996 IPO. As Sales & Marketing Manager at Vernay Labs, Paul’s fieldwork and strategic contributions were instrumental in returning the Medical Sales Division to the firm’s most profitable business segment. At Chestnut Group, a Philadelphia buyout fund; Paul worked with portfolio companies to improve productivity and optimize cost accounting and reporting systems. Paul received his MBA from Cornell University and holds a B.S in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He serves as Fundraising Chair and Class Officer for Cornell University’s Johnson School.
