I love brainstorming with business and development teams to come up with an elegant solution. High-pressure situations do not fluster me and I can calmly think through the problem and come up with solutions to alleviate the situation. Being a full-stack Business Analyst, I can handle any kind of requirement right from UI, process redesign to data. I am adept at understanding code and do not shy away from pouring through stored procedures or python code to understand the business logic. I firmly believe that challenging the status quo enables us to rethink and improve the world around us. To that effect, I have been challenging inefficient/manual processes from the start of my career and designing solutions to improve them. Over the years I have blossomed into a leader that someone can look up to. People reach out to me for guidance and to make strategic decisions. As a leader it is my responsibility to groom the next generation and provide them with the right opportunities. I ensure that I provide constructive and actionable feedback to my colleagues, so they can be leaders one day.
