Team Lead for organising the world's largest student driven case competition measured on participants, together with 5 team members. GLOBAL is open for all university students globally and it is a chance for anyone, no matter location, to engage in a 24-hour real-life business case and compete with some of the top case teams out there.The competition was for the first time ever moved from February 2025 to November 2024, presenting new challenges such as managing a much shorter timeline necessitating a highly structured project approach, and ensuring flawless execution with no margin for error.

Facilitated communication between the Organizing Committee and 12 internationally invited teams at the 2024 Invitational Case Competition. Ensured teams were well-informed about event schedules, case-solving processes, and formalities, and accompanied to social events for a seamless experience.

Organising the world's largest international case competition with 3,3K+ participants from 103 countries and a DKK 2mn budget. This requires strong overview and project management skills, financial discipline and effective communication with different stakeholders, including board members, case companies, funding partners and students all around the world.
