Responsibilities• Management of annual campaign calendar• Putting together full national campaigns from start to finish• Negotiation and management of campaign proposal process to secure co-operative contribution from wholesalers, airlines, hotels and tourism bodies • Managing and briefing external agencies and internal departments for all digital (including SEO/website), social media, advertising, design and direct marketing activities • Focus on key business outcomes measured by Cost Per Enquiry and Enquiry Per Consultant• Post campaign reporting and analysis• Ensuring brand standards are implemented across all campaign advertising• Building preferred supplier relationships and negotiating to ensure exclusive product offering including value-adds• Copywriting, proofing and producing advertising including press, banners, flyers, radio, promotional material, sales support material, newsletters, TVCs, website, DM/EDM and internal communication• Answering all consultant, State Marketing Managers and various stakeholder queriesAchievement and Innovation• Increased co-operative contribution by 35% per year by generating extra revenue via smaller campaign partners with targeted campaigns• Increased year on year sales results for campaign partners to ensure ROI and repeat co-op• Exceeded enquiry targets by 40% from successful campaigns• Managed cooperative funding in excess of $8.5 million per year• Managed over 100 cooperative partners per year• Project managed 1.3 million dollar campaigns such as ‘QLD’s Bonus Breaks’ with Tourism QLD• Received multiple “Outstanding Contribution to Marketing” awards year on year• Highlighted a number of deficiencies within the campaign processes/reporting and made numerous improvements and suggestions• Worked on re-branding all campaign collateral to ensure consistency across the brand• Improved campaign layouts and ensured pricing was aggressive to increase enquiry and boost sales results for campaign partners
