In this early role, I architected software for a VC-funded startup that created the 15900 Wavelength Router, a 512 port OC48 cross connect. I took the product from concept to demo in 6 months and delivered a saleable product in 14 months. The company was acquired by Cisco Systems for $500M in 1999.
