Participated in coordination of procedure of FEED packaged prepared by foreign design authority and Basic Design elaborated by domestic design institute consideration by Client’s discipline specialists.Resolved all engineering issues raised during preFEED and FEED phases of Volgograd Methanol Project implementation including but not limited to:• complex engineering survey (topographical, geological, geotechnical, hydrological and ecological) of the site area,• demolition of existing industrial facilities,• site preparation activities.Coordinated project activities with Air Separation Unit, Methanol Offloading Jetty and Railroad Offloading Station.

Drafted and got approved AGPP EPC contractor’s discipline specialists consideration of subcontractor’s technical queries and modification requests related to detailed engineering approved for construction procedure.Drafted and go approved AFC detailed design approved for construction modification log procedure as well as reissue of detailed design approved for construction in new revision procedure considering modifications caused by technical queries and modification requests issued by subcontractors.Secured technical queries and modification requests raised by subcontractors upon internal AFC detailed design control, in course of process quality control and during as-built preparation responds compliance to all domestic rules and regulations in force.

As engineer in charge for GTU Complex site preparation and onshore pipeline construction contracts was responsible for:Preparing outline summary of scope of work, intended remuneration system, time for completion and main responsibilities of the Parties;Preparing and distribution the pre-qualification questionnaire trough all the approved list of prospective tenderers indicating deadline for responses;Performing an evaluation of all the responses and make up a prequalification report containing a uniform set of data on each prospective tenderer and reasons whether or not he may be included into the list of tenderers;Proposition a recommended list of tenderers;Preparation and co-ordination the issue of CFTs;Participation in Tender Opening Commission;Auditing at tenderers premises to clarify any uncertain aspects of the tender;Coordination of bids technical analysis and to be included into Recommendation to Award;Preparation of Recommendation to Award (RTA) based upon the evaluation reports submitted by the tender evaluation team;Preparation of the draft Contract incorporating the agreed qualifications and adjustments together with all required technical and commercial changes including those documented in tender bulletins;Preparation of Letter of Award.

As contract holder for a number of survey, design and construction contracts related to oil and gas field development was responsible for:Management of call-off process;Monitoring of contractor performance;Monitoring of compliance with contract terms and conditions;Performance of financial and budgetary controls;Verification and authorization of invoices;Inspection, certification and acceptance of works and services;Management of periodic reporting;Initiation of contract close-out after contract completion;Initiation of procurement process where variations and/or amendments to the contract were required;Instruction in writing finance department to deduct from any contractor’s invoice;Prepare feedback on contractor performance.

Prepared and submitted about 10 of construction documents required for precommissioning and commissioning of Onshore Plant Facility, Sakhalin-II Project;Produced over 5 of method statements for new development areas at Onshore Plant Facility, Sakhalin-II Project.

Resolved the matters arising during FOC lines construction with local authorities;Fulfilled the duties of contractor supervisor on “Sakhalin-II” fiber optic cable line construction;Fulfilled the duties of quality control engineer on “Sakhalin-II” fiber optic cable line construction;Managed subcontractor activities on works mentioned above.

Produced and presented parcel of design and constructional documentation, execution plans for telecommunication compound foundation, sub-sea loading pipeline and building groups N1 and N2 foundations of crude oil export terminal, Chicacheva bay;Supervised works mentioned above, ensuring they had been done in full compliance with procedures, rules and regulations;Acted as a quality control engineer, supervised activities of subcontractors purposed for those scopes of works.

Performed the common management of erection, installation and finishing works of a residential housing;Coordinated daily works of divisions of enterprise and subcontractors at an elite living accommodation complex;Obtained approvals and permissions of local authorities to carry out starting-up and adjustment works of all communal utilities;Provided commissioning and put the first part of the living accommodation complex into operation.

Carried out constructional and repair works at the projects of distance of civil constructions of Far-Eastern Railways Komsomolsk - Sovietskaya Gavan. Provided theme with all means of deliveries and supplies;Worked in the close cooperation with the Customer (Client) agency of Far-Eastern Railways, produced constructional and process documentation, provided the starting-up and adjustment works, putting a projects of a distance on stream;Built up and put into operation boiler at Gurskoye station: carried out earth-excavation works, installation of the foundations, erection of walls, mounting of heating equipment, connection it with the communal utilities and a whole remained scope of works;Resumed and completed construction of a five-storey residential, put it on stream and handed it over with the all living accommodations with their facilities owned by Far-Eastern Railroads to the property of local administrations.
