Over a period of 9 years added a large Corporate and SMB client base with addition of other I.T and OA products like PCs,Servers,Storage,Licenced SW,Security and AVSI. Added Defence customers subsequently with customers like RCI,DRDO and DRML.With an excellent after sales support we were able to get repeat business from customers,referrals from existing customers,also executed a Facility Management order from Apollo group company with a 24x7 support with 8 engineers.

Started career at HCL Limited - OA division as a Customer support Engineer at Bombay and over a period of 8 years rose up the ranks working in various capacities in Gujarat and Bombay. From handling customer support as an Area Manager in Mumbai was promoted and transferred to Hyderabad as Regional Manager and subsequently handled both support and Sales functions for A.P.
