Working with men who are in the beginning stages of their recovery from addiction. Simon House was founded in 1982. Simon House is a 12-Steps and a multi-disciplinary program, guides and empowers men to achieve long-term recovery from addiction and all of its effects. Through our Core Values of Compassion, Acceptance, Respect, Integrity, accountability, and Innovation, we will lead the way in addiction treatment and lifelong recovery. Our mission and core values are guiding principles which you will experience at all times while engaged with our program, whether as a client, family member, staff, donor, community stakeholder, or visitor.

Working with people who suffer from addiction, trauma or any blocks that currently impact their lives. I am Licensed in the United States with IMDHA (International Medical Dental Hypnotherapy Association) and in Canada under ARCH (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists).

We are a not for profit organization committed to being a world-class, dedicated treatment centre with evidence-based, holistic programs for adult male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We aim to connect men and their families with specialized services and to network with professionals, individuals and agencies providing similar services. Our current focus is education and advocacy.

Ensure the smooth day to day operations the facilities, lead continuous improvement in process, internal policies, and people management. Provide a leadership style that empowers internal staff to take personal initiative, effectively creating an environment where individuals feel confident and secure to go above and beyond industry standard customer service levels. Interpret and apply legislative requirements.Accomplishments:• Achieved operational sales goals while mitigating risk of credit portfolio• Lowered efficiency ratio from 31% to 24% for fiscal year 2009/10• Created progression plans for all staff and eliminated tribal knowledge needs having mapped all processes and creating manuals for high risk areas.• Increased Employee Satisfaction from 76% to 84% in one year, making us a world class organization.

As Senior Manager of Operations Steven was responsible for design, development and implementation of process improvement areas for card services in Calgary. Lead and developed a team of 16 leaders and 135 associates to increase customer satisfaction levels and profitability. Managed and maintained a $7 million budget.Accomplishments:• Attracted, developed and retained the best of the best talent by implementing a strict hire from within process. Raised employee satisfaction from 48% to 81%, 2 years ahead of mandate• Increased Employee productivity, brining more back-office work in to the call centre environment creating value for other business units

Loblaw Properties West Inc. (Westfair Foods Ltd.) is the developer of The Real Canadian Superstores throughout western Canada and is a part of Loblaw Companies Limited, the largest food distribution company in Canada.As the Senior Operations Manager of PC MasterCard Steven was responsible for meeting and surpassing the expectation to increase sales and card usage throughout Western Canada. Designed, developed and implemented employee engagement solutions to ensure that complete understand of the value available with the card programs. Designed, developed and launched the promotion of the PC MasterCard to 240 stores within 5 provinces and 2 territories. Improved vendor relationships and allowed for the creation and management of relationships between CIBC-PC Financial, Loblaw and Westfair Foods.Accomplishments:• Exceeded 50% card penetration within Real Canadian SuperStore (RCSS) Banner and 35% within The extra foods Banner stores • With The Top RCSS Store having a 70% PC MasterCard penetration for Credit Card usage• Earned Highest Sales and Credit Card penetration for Loblaw stores in Canada

Design, develop and implement all training for all new and existing internal customers. Develop and maintain outside relationships to created and maintained on a continuing basis.Accomplishments:• Exceeded assigned sales targets• Developed a motivational sales atmosphere• Successfully budgeted for regional population of 1.5 million • Received CIBC Achievers award for top sales region in Canada for having top region in sales and employee engagement.
