    Led IT Facility Program as member of the larger 10 year, $100M+ Facility program. Responsible for identifying the need and driving the implementation of a facilities network, moving facilities systems off the corporate data network to improve facilities vendor support and reduce risk. Delivered IT facility renovations to Coca-Cola HQ Campus (7 buildings), 2 offsite US locations, and South Africa region office.-Improved internal experience and communications by implementing common space features such as music system, digital displays, and connections to external news/social media.-Simplified the IT infrastructure by migrating to Network as a Service and Cloud based infrastructure saving on hardware and system upgrade costs.-As part of the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) road map, updated the Building Automation System (BAS), bringing contract into compliance and migrating to cloud hosting. Roadmap includes adding fault detection IoT devices. -Implemented Eaton lighting, Mecho shades, JLL One View Service Center single sign, and the RMG digital signage solution. Worked with various other facilities applications, including AutoCad, Guest Registration, Cvent, Inmagic, coordinating with the Facility Security System, Ccure, and the CCTV security system.-Managed a separate program to update the internal and external conference center capabilities. This $75K /2 year program delivered $1M in savings through maximizing use of internal facilities and cost reductions for external meetings.-Implemented the PCI compliant payment system and HIPPA compliant network for outside companies with onsite locations.• Reviewed the process and associated software for Space Utilization and Move Management. Through process mapping, guided team to realization that this is both a process and tools issue.• Worked with internal team and vendors for the print solutions.
