Led IT Facility Program as member of the larger 10 year, $100M+ Facility program. Responsible for identifying the need and driving the implementation of a facilities network, moving facilities systems off the corporate data network to improve facilities vendor support and reduce risk. Delivered IT facility renovations to Coca-Cola HQ Campus (7 buildings), 2 offsite US locations, and South Africa region office.-Improved internal experience and communications by implementing common space features such as music system, digital displays, and connections to external news/social media.-Simplified the IT infrastructure by migrating to Network as a Service and Cloud based infrastructure saving on hardware and system upgrade costs.-As part of the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) road map, updated the Building Automation System (BAS), bringing contract into compliance and migrating to cloud hosting. Roadmap includes adding fault detection IoT devices. -Implemented Eaton lighting, Mecho shades, JLL One View Service Center single sign, and the RMG digital signage solution. Worked with various other facilities applications, including AutoCad, Guest Registration, Cvent, Inmagic, coordinating with the Facility Security System, Ccure, and the CCTV security system.-Managed a separate program to update the internal and external conference center capabilities. This $75K /2 year program delivered $1M in savings through maximizing use of internal facilities and cost reductions for external meetings.-Implemented the PCI compliant payment system and HIPPA compliant network for outside companies with onsite locations.• Reviewed the process and associated software for Space Utilization and Move Management. Through process mapping, guided team to realization that this is both a process and tools issue.• Worked with internal team and vendors for the print solutions. These include Pharos secure print and Solimar large batch print process.

Led the delivery of a variety major projects averaging $2.5M/year. Member of project delivering improvements in the stages and gates process. Used agile and waterfall approaches. Managed staffing, budgets, business process, and application architectures for multiple projects for the Corporate Marketing Research Department. Program Manager to introduce new IT tools for program, project, and business analysis. Champion of new SDLC Initiate and Planning process team, and team member to other processes. Coached projects using the new process. -Program Manager for improving retail systems leveraged within selected Coca-Cola facilities. Migrated B2B and B2C ecommerce to package solution.-Recovered the Coke Licensing project supporting Worldwide Global Licensing efforts. Delivered a more efficient process saving $50k/year in software maintenance costs.-Implemented the Requirements Analysis software, and sustainable training program.-Studied the Global Marketing Project Management Engine and compared to the Coca-Cola North America Integrated Marketing Communication process. Delivered plans to converge the efforts, charter, and high level requirements.-Managed the launch of the Live Positively Global Hub for sustainability, bringing together disparate sites.-Lead the effort to implement CA Clarity Project and Program Management (PPM) Solution.-Worked on the program coordination of several Marketing Science projects including knowledge exchange systems, scorecards, Ideation, and Multiple Variance Analysis (MVA) systems.-Lead the effort to simplify the globally implemented Clarity system leveraged by Product, Package and Equipment Innovation. -Manage multiple projects for the Corporate Marketing Research departments, including consumer surveys, brand statistics, project request/tracking, and media investment.-Built capabilities in volume reporting. Systems created provided reports relevant to both local market and Corporate.

Member of the Integrated Operating System (IOS) re-engineering team to design process oriented business systems to integrate the operating units of Coca-Cola Fountain, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Minute Maid Foodservice. Assisted in developing and participated in the IOS Vision developing IT strategy and technical architecture to support the vision. Studied all aspects of the CCE North East Region bottler to facilitate process with a focus on developing an integrated customer order center in the CCE North East Region for all Coca-Cola goods and services.

Assisted the Burger King Account team in the Burger King Total Quality Soft Drink Program. My role was to develop and support the software for the Burger King Command Center that extended exclusive soft drink pouring rights to The Coca-Cola Company. Performed EDP Audits of Company worldwide data centers, technical systems and applications. Passed Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) exam and obtained necessary experience to receive certification. Prepared reports to management based upon results of fieldwork. Audits were performed throughout North America corporate and manufacturing facilities, Japan, Korea, Puerto Rico, Germany, and Brazil.
