I also implemented promotion strategies on social networks and advertising, attracting new and loyal customers.With over five years of experience in tourism and hospitality administration, I have developed strong analytical, creative, organizational and detail-oriented skills. I have a master's degree in hotel management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a bachelor's degree from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I have worked as an assistant manager of food and beverage operations at H10 Art Gallery, where I supported the daily operations, coordinated with the staff for event planning, and assisted and accompanied the clients and guests.
