Duties to the team include:- Project Manager for live-fly test event involving multiple manned / unmanned aircraft platforms, Air Traffic Control agencies and support organizations .- Liaison to Pentagon ensuring US Army manned / unmanned interests are adequately addressed.- Ensures UAS flight profiles and routes, standardized procedures, and technical documents are relevant and applicable.Ensures all documents can be understood and complied with by aviators regardless of UAS airframe or type of military/ government service. - Develops standardized training procedures that allow UAS crews across multiple services and Government agencies to perform live-fly tests in accordance with our newly developed standardized procedures. - Aviation Safety Officer for the Joint Test. Ensures test events are conducted safely and within the confines of established regulations / procedures across multiple government services and agencies.- Evaluates newly generated flight routes and departure/ arrival procedures to ensure they meet obstacle clearances, and FAA regulatory requirements.- Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) and Terminal Area Route Generation and Traffic Simulation (TARGETS) qualified instructor. Utilizes tools such as these to ensure newly generated aircraft flight routes meet DoD and FAA regulations.

All without safety related incident or accident.- Determined and reliable officer who was assigned to 3-17 Cavalry as an inexperienced Warrant Officer 1 pilot and departed over 10 years later a Chief Warrant Officer 4 as the Squadron's Senior Standardization Instructor Pilot.- Results driven instructor with documented experience in training plan development, implementation, and evaluation. - Senior Instructor Pilot and Instrument Flight Examiner responsible for the annual training and evaluation of nearly 100 primary, staff, and support aviators. Developed emergency flight recovery procedures for operations from remote locations. - Developed and facilitated unit high altitude training program that alleviated the need for aircraft and aircrew to be deployed to west coast training site. Results were a reduction in unit costs by over $800,000, and a retained ability to simultaneously support home station operational and training missions.- Team player who volunteered for collateral duties such as; Troop Supply Officer, Property Book Officer, Army Drug and Alcohol Prevention Counselor (ADAPC), Aircraft Armament Maintenance Officer, and Tactical Operations Officer.- Recognized as first aviator to utilize Boeing Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) radio in combat while being engaged by enemy forces.

This system was highly classified at the time- Avionics Division Leading Petty Officer while at Patuxent River Naval Air Research and Development Center. Ensured world class avionics support was provided for all ongoing aircraft test projects which included the V-22 Osprey, AH-1Z Super Cobra and F-18 E/F Super Hornet
