Between June and December 2022, Schreiber served as interim leader overseeing the GBC merger with the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore (EAGB), where she was the former COO, bringing together the regional organizations to create a singular vision for how Baltimore will compete and thrive on regional, national, and global stages and the strategic role business will play. The merged organization, which now operates as the Greater Baltimore Committee, focuses on collaboration and equity in all of the Greater Baltimore region’s communities and enhances the marketing of the region’s dynamic assets. -
CooEconomic Alliance Of Greater Baltimore Jan 2019 - Jun 2022As Chief Operating Officer for the now-merged regional economic development and marketing organization, Sharon oversaw day-to-day operations and focus on programming and support for regional marketing efforts. The Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore (EAGB) existed to bring together business, government, education and non-profit leaders to market the Region’s economic development assets and opportunities. The EAGB Vision was for The Greater Baltimore Region to be recognized as a world-class market in which to do business, live, learn and invest. The vision continues within the work of the Greater Baltimore Committee. Sharon has provided strategic leadership to public and private stakeholders throughout her career, including the EAGB where she served previously as executive vice president from 2016-2017.
