Sarah has over 20 years of working experience in the construction, structural engineering, and architecture industries. She is a principal at K2N Crest, an Illinois and Hawaii-based company specializing in creative problem-solving in the practices of structural engineering, architectural engineering, architectural design, interior renovation, forensic engineering, and roof consulting. Sarah manages the overall and day-to-day success of a project from conception to completion with both her extensive technical and management experience. For the past several years, she has specialized in new construction and interior buildouts (ranging from 10,000 SF buildouts to 480,000 SF senior living facilities), but she has also been involved with projects ranging from repairing existing parking garages to high-rise facades, photovoltaic carport, and ground-mounted systems, water infiltration investigations, balcony repairs, shoreline seawall repairs, building settlement investigations, and roof collapses, among other structural and architectural needs.
