In what capacity do you know the candidate?
I was Samantha Marshall Professor for his computer Networking Administration degree for the following course load; PC Tech, OS Tech, Windows Client, Windows Server, Windows Active Directory and Windows Network infrastructure course. I also was a mentor and technical support person for our in house business called the PC Doctor where Samantha Marshall was our led PC Repair technician for nine months where he gained hands on experience in a real retail setting working with customers and upper level administration from within the school and outside from the local community which our business served. She also was the president of the Networking club here on campus
In your opinion, what does the candidate excel at?
Samantha Marshall excels at also most every task she under takes, but she has outstanding soft skills when it comes to working with people. Her people skills and her rapped ability to pick up and learn quickly makes teaching and applying skills about new things come quickly. Samantha Marshall is also a great troubleshooter she can take an error message, conduct research, and find an answer than apply the repair quickly. Samantha Marshall is always willing to help a class mate or customer, she is a great example of the CW Way that shows we care!
What is the candidate’s weakest area?
Samantha Marshall has a habit of taking on to many projects, she does not like to say no to people and customers even if his plate is full!
What can you say about the candidate’s work habits?
Outstanding work habits, takes care of other people’s laptops and equipment that come in for repair. Works clean, organized and completes all task, she also test repairs when customers came in to pick them up, Samantha Marshall also showed and explained to customers what was wrong as well as verified there problem was fixed!

Samantha Marshall is all of those items listed in the question. One of the finest young ladies I have had in the networking program, what a pleasure to teach, train and work with over my time with her during her time at The College of Westchester.
