 Perform quality inspection activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.  Keep site quality lead updated with status of piping, welding, rotating equipment, hydrostatic test and instrumentation/electrical quality issue.  Review and approve contents of contractor’s quality control inspection procedures, method-statement and I.T.P’ S Perform quality inspection activities on mechanical equipment in accordance with the Sub-Project Quality Plan.  Ensuring all equipment for project is inspected. Perform witness inspections and monitor setting. Leveling, grouting and completion of mechanical equipment installation.  Monitor and communicate adequately to qa/qc manager all non – conformance on site and implement way forward for corrective action.  Supervise and coordinate all construction equipment’s Installation such as, Product Reactor vessel, cold box vessel and knockout drums, Pig launcher and Receivers etc.  Ensure approved drawings for project are duly follow up during Fabrication, erection, Installation, testing and commissioning. Monitor all modification process and red line marking are in clouded in as built-drawing Ensuring all piping and components used for fabrication are traceable, checking heat numbers of materials and as well filling all necessary check sheets.  Checking dimension and orientation of pipe spooling (Fabrication) in the workshop and field.  Ensure Hydro static test, Pneumatic test and leak test are conducted in accordance with approve procedure.  Monitor pre/post punch activities after successful pressure test completed to reinstate removed line members, ensure line completeness before pre-commissioning/commissioning. Ensuring the type of welding consumable required in the fabrication of Carbon Steel (C/S), ITCS, LTCS, Galvanized and Stainless Steel (S/S), are in conformity with WPS procedure and code of standard.
