After graduating from the Department of Electrical Engineering at KSVS in 1987 and St. John’s & St. Mary’s Institute of Technology in 1990, I completed my mandatory military service. I then started my career in the semiconductor industry, beginning with ASE, the leading semiconductor packaging company.During my time at ASE, I took care of production line sustaining and maintenance for approximately two years. I then joined Mattson and was responsible for the OMNI tool of Wet-Production for UMC customers. In 2003, I joined Applied Materials and worked on the Mask Inspection System and Wet Clean Group, ultimately supporting the installation of the Oasis system in UMC 12A.In 2009, I joined UMC 12A Etch Department as a Staff Engineer and later became the etch hardware section manager. It was during this time that I gained valuable experience in SPC/FDC rule setup for tool performance management. After working for Tec-Sem Taiwan and Lam Research Taiwan UMC account team, I joined Lam Research China as the Hefei Sr. Site Manager, overseeing the Etch, Depo, and Clean service team.Throughout my 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I have developed strong leadership skills in leading teams to meet operation KPIs and budget management. I have also built strong customer relationships and successfully completed projects with minimal supervision. I am accountable, organized, and excel at teamwork. I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and improve safety practices.I am confident that my experience and skills make me a valuable asset to any critical project.
