-Responsible for and managed over 8 individual companies, generating $25 Million in revenue, spread over 6 separate building locations.-Manage all operations with 15 direct / 250 indirect reports overseeing communications, finance, strategic planning, forecasting, real estate development, human resources, and facility management for each entity.-Re-branded the organization “Detroit Central City Community Mental Health Inc” into “Central CityIntegrated Health” to strategically position the organization for current and future growth-Completed full conversion of multiple vacant buildings into “high end” affordable housing.
