Bob has built a strong reputation as a strategic thinker and a collaborative leader with a solid results-oriented mindset. Bob's diverse experience spanned a variety of industries leading to his role as President & CEO of Primex Manufacturing Ltd., a position he held for nearly 20 years. Through his team-based management style Bob inspired and mentored his teams to reach ambitious goals. Working within a private equity ownership structure, Bob lead Primex through an exciting and rewarding journey involving several acquisitions, divestitures and a successful expansion into the US market. Under his leadership, Primex grew from a regional designer, manufacturer and marketer of telecommunication products to become the North American market leader in its field.After driving the successful sale of Primex, Bob left in 2021 to focus his passion and energy on assisting organizations as a director and strategic advisor. He holds the ICD.D designation and is a Director and Past Chair of Canuck Place Children's Hospice, a world recognized provider of paediatric palliative care to over 700 children and their families throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. He also serves as a Special Advisor to Fulmer & C0., a Vancouver based Family Office and Don Chendo Ltd., a wholesaler of Mexican and Latin food products.
