As the Director of Professional Development I am responsible for the development and implementation of the training department at Smart Apartment Solutions. Our methods are built on engaging the Smart attendees in a fun and interactive learning environment. Working with a distressed property in Ypsilanti, MI offering occupancy solutions.• Established and maintained outreach contacts and implemented long term business relationships with local Hospitals, Universities and various businesses in the area• In January 2009 I started traveling to properties in our South West FL Region to assist them in their distressed economy

Currently I have been working on site driving occupancy from 76% to an alarming 100% in just under three months. We have witnessed a complete turn around and are excited for the things to come.After the first of the year I will find myself traveling to other properties under the Benchmark name to assist in raising occupancy around the country.

Directed a leasing staff of five on a 1145 unit apartment property including a 9 hole golf course and marina. I was responsible for the Marketing and Public Relations for the property as well as driving results to meet certain occupancy goals.
