Karen’s intent is, and has always been, to create family-centred childcare environments that benefit from her practical level of knowledge and understanding.Karen’s love of children has expanded her experience into the development of one of Australia’s leading independent primary schools here on the Gold Coast, known as Queensland Independent College. As founder and benefactor initially in 2009, through to School Principal and now Head of School, Karen has acquired important insight into the most effective ways to facilitate children’s learning and development.
