A TEDX event is a local gathering where live TED-like talks and performances are shared with the community. TedX has the same strict guidelines of a TedTalk, the speaker’s talk must be an "idea worth spreading," with a powerful throughline, as well as have data and stories to support the speakers idea. Jenn played the role of a speaker coach and helped support the TedX speakers become stage ready from the writing of the script, to their stage presence, to their ability to harness confidence for the big moment.

Aligned learning objectives to Firm’s strategic objectives as Chief of Staff for the leader of Operations and People and Change practice. Implemented these strategic objectives and created multi-year training curriculum. Assisted with talent network operations, including: creating, tracking, and managing budgets, preparing and delivering strategic communications and webcasts. Experienced instructor in teaching multiple courses soft skills, rapport building and other foundational consulting skills. Helped manage the design, development and delivery of training for a global clinical process improvement project, with a large pharmaceutical company. Drove the implementation and efforts for the re-organization of a finance unit of a US based utility company. Developed and built implementation tool kit, this pushed organization in re-design implementation efforts. Designed, and analyzed stakeholder inventory map in support of a large mortgage company's change plan for a new processes and procedures. Worked to help improve the initial roll out of a new process improvement project. Worked closely with pharmaceutical client to design, develop and roll out a survey, which evaluating level of stakeholder buy-in around improved processes, while also measuring the effectiveness of the training on the process.
