Mijn dagelijkse praktijk bestaat uit de strategievorming en uitvoering van de meer complexe tenders en aanbestedingen, financiële analyse (Spend Analyse), procesoptimalisatie (in alle fasen van het inkoopproces) en het ontwerpen van (product- en dienstverlening specifieke) inkoop strategieën (marktverkenning). De inhoud van de opdrachten varieert sterk en maakt dat ik bij iedere opdracht opnieuw wordt uitgedaagd. Inkoop is maatwerk. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat inkoop Business gedreven dient te zijn en zo zijn aansluiting en meerwaarde voor de praktijk aantoont. Mijn vertrekpunt: goed luisteren wat de feitelijke behoefte is, vormt de start van de oplossing voor ieder probleem.
