In 2021, 160over90 (through Endeavor) acquired a minority stake in this highly strategic brand storyteller.As a non-Executive Advisor and Board member 2023-24, my role was to support the Executive Team in navigating strategic challenges and improving the overall performance of the business. Since leaving EDR in the summer of 2024, I have transitioned to be an Independent Advisor, supporting OW at a critical juncture in the company's history with Strategy and M&A priorities.

Transferred to 160over90 (part of the Endeavor network) to lead their newly formed Business Strategy & Transformation function. I supported the President of 160over90 and EVP Corporate Strategy, Endeavor and TKO, to drive growth and achieve the strategic ambitions of our agency by leveraging the best of our network capabilities. I built and owned the 5-year Strategic Plan for the agency, and supported a number of M&A and partnership deals (from ideation through integration). I also supported the Senior Leadership team in offering development and operating model design.

Managed a range of internal and external strategic projects focused on operating model and operational improvements, as well as media rights revenue growth strategies and strategic planning for sports governing bodies and associations.
