Managed the Aerodynamics team responsible for the commissioning and calibration of the largest Wind Tunnel in Pakistan.Test engineer for initial wind tunnel test section calibration tests including speed measurements using 5-hole pressure probe and turbulence measurements using Dantec MiniCTA hotwire anemometry system.Consulted instrumentation team for calibration of 6-component internal balances using a semi-automatic internal balance calibration rig.Responsible for preparation and revision of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for wind tunnel test section flow calibration.Responsible for preparation and optimisation of wind tunnel commissioning plan.

Test engineer at a low speed wind tunnel.Part of the Aerodynamics team tasked to commission, calibrate and operate the largest and most state-of-the-art wind tunnel facility in Pakistan.Responsible for identification of experimental equipment requirements for the facility in liaison with facility supplier and customers.Analysed project requirements and performed engineering calculations to provide specifications for wind tunnel testing equipment including internal and external balances, pressure transducers, miniature pressure scanners, pressure probes, temperature sensors, hotwire anemometers, standard calibration models, model support systems and 1D, 2D and 3D traverse systems.

Worked on a 6-week individual research project as part of the Sheffield Undergraduate Research Scheme:Assembled and tested a micro-combustion based electricity production device.Identified and procured the necessary components required for system development.Assembled and conducted successful testing of the system.Identified potential improvements to the initial design and proposed them in the research report.
