+Involved in GRM Improvement Project which included Implementation and execution of Refinery Performance Improvement Schemes (RPIP) followed by PGTR, benefit analysis and vendor payments. +Carrying Out weekly meetings with the team to assess project path forward and discuss current status of the project and how to meet project timelines.+Major schemes executed includes increase in UCO recycle in FCC by reducing conversion in OHCU amounting to a benefit of ~45 Crs INR/yr.+Other projects include CDU and VDU revamp for better LGO-HGO separation in CDU and improvement of HVGO recovery in VDU.

· Process Monitoring of CDU, VDU, Vis-Breaker Unit, ATF and LPG Merox Unit.· Catalyst procurement, yield optimization, Crude effects analysis on downstream units, Monthly Performance Review of units, Process schemes implementation.· Troubleshooting higher FO stock for GRM improvement by processing CLO in VBU and FO spot failure leading to GRM loss of Mathura Refinery by analyzing tank blend and lab results.· Involved in revival of LPG Merox Caustic Regeneration Facility which was sitting idle for more than 19 yrs.· Actively contributed in Mathura Refinery Major Maintenance Shutdown in 2019, jobs included column internals inspection in FCC and PRU, FCC Reactor-Regenerator inspection, schemes implementation, catalyst loading, etc.

· Panel officer for FCC and PRU, Writing Log books and analyzing lab results and taking actions accordingly.· Emergency Handling during unit disturbance and took part in unit start-up and shutdown.

· Responsible for carrying out Physical Verification of stock.· Responsible for conducting Internal Audits.· Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for critical jobs.· Actively involved in reviewing and updating P&IDs and Zinc dust inventory management.· Awarded Employee of the Month in July’15 for actively participating in other than regular jobs for performance improvements, document management and its regular updation and participation in extracurricular activities.
