With 18+ years practicing architecture, I’ve honed my designer abilities as much as my human sensibilities. By that, I mean to say that I am fascinated by how humans interact with our environments…it is the source of my passion for creating spaces that enhance the connection between our internal and external worlds. I care deeply about craft, sustainability, innovation and practicality, but collaboration is my favorite design tool.I’ve designed everything from boat houses to highly polished corporate interiors, schools in Namibia to student centers in New England, retail, restaurants, non-profits, social clubs and housing developments. Few things bring me as much joy as being able to immerse myself into bridging the gap between ideas and a new reality at scale. Whether it's with the film industry looking to define their next big location or with a charcutier looking to revive medieval techniques, creating spaces where ideas can thrive is at the heart of everything I design.I love working with people who are curious, open to new possibilities and passionate about what they do, where they live, what they make and the world that it lives in.
